No Sugar Banana Squares


Super easy to make! 

The consistency is soft and chewy, not overly sweet (so if you like them super sweet you can add more raisins) and great to replace the traditional "rice crispy square".


  •  3 ripe mashed bananas

  •  1/3 Cup unsweetened apple sauce

  • 2 Cups of oats

  • 1/4 Cup almond milk

  • 1/2 Cup raisins or grated coconut (we used 1/4 Cup of each)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Grease bottom of 8” square brownie pan with a bit of butter.

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and place in brownie pan.

  • Bake for 25 minutes.

  • Allow to cool, cut into squares and serve.
